Wraparound of Nevada is an intensive case management model providing support to Nevada youth and their families with complex needs.  Eligibility requires youth between 6 yrs to 17.5 years at the time of intake, a current (within a year) psychological evaluation /assessment with a diagnosis and special education determination.  Call for further details.
